5/5 Excellent
"The ryokan is a distance away from the station and some section of path to it is unlit, becareful when coming in winter where the sun sets earlier. Most stores also closes by 5:30pm so take note.
That said, the staff are really friendly and accomodating, one of the staff, Sato, reached out to guide me on what to do and set the private onsen timings weeks before, great service throughout.
The breakfast is also really good! I really enjoyed my stay!"
