"The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team. "We loved the hotel and all of its services and the wonderful staff and delicious breakfast and super chef! Wow! I cannot say enough! We used the laundry service, washed our bikes in the bike wash, thoroughly enjoyed a home cooked breakfast attended to by their wonderful chef and Alexandria at the front desk was fabulous helping me arrange our return trip to Venice. "The hotel was very clean and had friendly staff. The beach was just 2 min walking distance which we really enjoyed and right across from stores, bars and restaurant. The beds were actually very small and not quite comfortable but besides that it was a pleasant stay."
