The staff is wonderful. The morning breakfast buffet is excellent. It is best to include the breakfast with the price of the room. The rooms are small, but very clean, furnished with adequate toiletries and a comfortable bed. Its location makes this hotel a great option. It is only a five-minute walk to the subway station and shopping area in Sakae. I highly recommend this hotel.

I would have given 4 stars if if the information on expedia is more accurate. It is stated that the hotel is a 28-min drive to Nagoya (NGO-Chubu Centrair Intl.) Airport and it was the main reason that I chose the hotel. Turns out that it was almost an-hour drive to the airport, with very smooth road traffic. This was a nice hotel. It seemed to be more suited for business travelers but I have to say the staff was very friendly and accommodating. During our stay a large tour group arrived and they were lined up for the elevators, staff escorted us up first so we didnt have to stand in line. Very nice touch. The hotwl is close to everything and have all the basic toiletries. Only complaint is they lock the thermastat so the room was hot and we could not cool it down. We came across this issue at several hotels. Overall a nice hotel that I would recommend if staying in this area of Nagoya.
