Ocean front, in the prized south nags head community this lovely home has been updated with new appliances, windows, decks and siding. Updated in 2018 stainless steel appliances and all new open interior, Cloud 9 is all of the creature comforts of home and yet still uniquely old-school Outer Banks. With wide beaches you are walking distance to both the surf and Outer Banks fishing pier with the popular Fish Heads restaurant and bar. If you leave the comfort of this lovely home you were a short drive from the Tangier Outlet malls, Oregon Inlet fishing center, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Jeanette's pier and aquarium, Historic town of Manteo and have a good head start to all of the unexplored southern beaches.

House was clean and was everything we needed to enjoy our week in OBX. We took several day trips to Corolla, Hatteras and Ocracoke and also enjoyed a few days on the beach at the house. Amazing to walk right out on the beach for crabbing, sunrises and to play in the water. Thank you for a great place to stay while we vacationed in OBX.

We had a great time!
We had a wonderful time here. It was a short distance to the beach which was nice and peaceful. We had so much fun trying out the surf board that was left for us to try. We enjoyed the house with the great kitchen. Very spacious. We will definitely make our way back to Nags Head and this house made our stay somethng special.

Over-all I liked the property. Location was good. Amenities were good. The property was clean with a well supplied kitchen. The only complaint I would have is that the beds were very uncomfortable. With new beds I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location
The house was perfect! It is exactly as described. The house was very clean and welcoming. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. We could spread out and relax. Super easy access to the beach and quiet area. I reached out to Zac once for something when we first arrived & he immediately responded. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Just what we needed
This is our 2nd year coming back to this property and after a long 2021, it was great to get away and had everything we needed. Lots of space, easy access to the beach and quiet area away from all the busy traffic, but just a few mins away if you want it. Owner is extremely responsive to both issues and general inquiries.

Nice location but there is no ocean view. House had a moldy smell that was coming from the garage area. The living room furniture needed cleaned and I had to remove the shower curtain because it was dirty. We cleaned it a little and had a great time.

Perfect family beach spot
The house is exactly as advertised. It is perfect for a family beach vacation. Fantastic open concept with super comfortable couches and ample ceiling fans. Great spot for storing bikes and beach items out of the rain and safely away. Excellent internet and entertainment. Kitchen well appointed. Easy parking. Just enough away from the hustle and bustle of busier areas but a short distance from the pier. We really all enjoyed ourselves. We traveled with two teenage boys who were able to enjoy some autonomy with lots of outdoor activity. This is a great deal for the Outer Banks!!

A nice break from quarantine
We stayed at the house for a week and the time went by quickly. The house has just snot everything we needed. Large family room (with a big tv), nice porch to read on in the mornings (too hot in the afternoon), and a kitchen to cook our meals in. Beach access was easy and just a quick walk over the dunes. The access meant we were easily able to distance from others on the beach. While the house was about 2 miles from an retail options, it was a still a short drive away and left things overall more quiet. I’d just recommend to maybe bring something to block the sun rising in the morning directly into the bedroom windows to keep things a little darker if you wanted to sleep in.
