"My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

"The property itself is very nice with a lot of amenities, including a washing machine in the room and a communal dryer guests could use. The staff working there was kind and friendly. "Thisv is a very comfortable and economical place to stay. You can walk into town in 25 minutes. Beautiful ocean view, some nice restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets close by. I would stay here again!"

"また泊まりたいとは思いません。お部屋の洗浄度は良くて商店街から徒歩5分程度なので便利ですが、スタッフの態度が酷過ぎてこの評価にしました。予約は4名、お布団4セットでお願いしていたのですが部屋に着いたら布団とタオルが2セットしかありませんでした。スタッフに連絡したらとんでもない態度されて、私の予約方法が間違っていたと怒鳴りつけられました。布団を欲しいなら1セットに対して3300円の追加料金が発生するなど、とにかく客としてこれほど失礼な喋り方されたのは初めてでした。最終的にはそちらの予約受け取り内容に誤りがあったと謝罪をしてきて布団とタオルセットを2個持ってきてくれましたが、最初の対応時の態度があまりにも酷くてここにはもう泊まりたくないと思いました。"

"It is my first time coming to Ishigaki in Okinawa. Japanese service obviously is top notch. But ANA Intercontinental Ishigaki Resort service is just something else. A big shout out to Miki at the front desk of the Bay Wing where we were at. Our flight was 8am and taxi typically don’t operate that early to take us to the airport. Miki just relentlessly calling for us and proactively suggested to get two taxi instead of a big one such that we can get to the airport as fast as possible. All other...

"The property was very nice modern and clean. The staff was very friendly but they need more English speaking staff. The beach was disappointing, the sand was yellowish and one could hardly walk to the shore because of the small pieces of coral in it. The restaurant Hanare was the best!!!!!! "It is my first time coming to Ishigaki in Okinawa. Japanese service obviously is top notch. But ANA Intercontinental Ishigaki Resort service is just something else.
