"Beautiful property with a great pool and convenient access to the beach as well. Only suggestion would be to offer a restaurant where we can order a meal as all four dining options were either buffet or set course menus. All of which way overpriced so we ended up going into the city after Day 2 instead. Otherwise a great experience and would recommend this property to anyone travelling to Ishigaki!"

"Great staff and location! The property is smaller than advertised, but the amenities are all clean and excellent. "We really enjoyed our stay on the high floors of the Teida building. All the balconies have an amazing view of the Manta city in the Kabira ocean area. The sunsets were amazing. Breakfast was really good with a lot of variety, we were grateful it was available so early since most of the area doesn’t open until almost noon. At first I was nervous when I saw some old guest pictures from ten years ago, but the rooms in Teida have been renovated and are very new and clean. The shop was convenient...

"My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

"Its a little secluded hotel with 10 rooms tucked in the hills of Ishigaki. The staff were great and check in was easy. The animals on site were cute, but the parrot's day cage is too small. The room was huge and had great amenities if you wanted to cook a small meal. The balcony was large and had a view of the ocean. We'll definitely stay here again."

"Spacious rooms, well equipped, though the rest of the hotel is bereft of any amenities, but never mind. We learned to appreciate the place. A bit remote for those without a car, but we managed to enjoy with the help of the bus timetable. Very friendly small team of staff who try their best to make up for shortcomings of the place. "I had a great stay at this B&B only a few minutes drive from Ishigaki town. The couple running this property could have not been nicer or more welcoming. I stayed 4 nights and the freshly prepared Okinawan breakfast every morning was amazing and totally different each day. You stay in the same building as the owners and their well behaved pets - one small dog and three cats. The rooms are large and sharing a bathroom was not an issue. I made a call to the owner and he said he did not put his property on hotels.com and the rooms are all taken by one family. "Very calm and peaceful designed in a lovely way. Good breakfasts in the morning. Tomoko and her team did a great job of looking after me whilst there and going the extra mile to make me feel more at home and understand the island. You will probably need a car to cruise around the island although no entirely necessary , just a lot more convenient."

"The hotel is perfectly situated for ferry day trips, to make use of the airport limousine bus (non stop bus to and from the airport), and to explore the nightlife and restaurants in the evening. The bus lines meet at the bus terminal which is also in easy walking distance from the hotel. The room was spacious for Japan and the balcony was a nice extension to the room space. Breakfast was bountiful and well worth including in your stay. For me it was exactly what I needed in order to be explore the islands around Ishigaki "
