Ole Sereni is an amazing place to stay. Service is exceptional and the amenities are top notch. Great choices for dining and drinks. The hotel decor has an 'Africa' feel to it that I enjoy. I have often stayed at this hotel when passing through Nairobi even though it is a couple more miles from the airport. Its still just a short taxi ride away. I will stay here again.

Since first visit over fifteen years ago the hotel has lost its usp that you could dine looking out over Nairobi National Park. Now there is a busy road and noise screens separating the hotel from the park. My room was as it has always been but now looking tired and the bathroom in need of a makeover. The hotel is comfortable enough but it's not what it used to be. It's still quite convenient for the airport but there are closer equally decent hotels if that's important to you. The staff are always very nice.
