"Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. "The property is lovely with very attentive staff. Great location between Lake Nakuru and Lake Elementaita to see all the birds! Flamingos were amazing and the guide from the camp was an expert on the birds and animals. Great food and we had a nice hot lunch packed for us on the all day safari!"

"I booked one night, 1 double room, 1 single room and paid through Expedia for Lake Naivasha Resort. When I arrived they said I had booked 2 single rooms and no meals so they charged me for what they said was the difference. When I saw the receipt I questioned it and said I need a refund! I had booked correctly and I had my paid receipt from Expedia. In the end I would have only owed for our meals. The difference between what they charged me and the cost of the meals should be refunded to me!...

"Don't book this hotel, it's a scam! When we arrived at the property, they did not accept our confirmed and pre-paid (!) booking because they said they don't collaborate with hotels.com. We had to leave as the hotel was fully booked. We never got a refund, neither by the hotel nor by hotels.com. Also, when we asked for a written confirmation that there is no collaboration with hotels.com, the hotel manager refused and started being really unfriendly."
