"Very expensive stay for not much facilities. Staff barely able to understand requests. No timely answers for queries before we arrived at the property. Staff do not go out of the way to make your experience pleasant at all. Breakfast was below average. For the expensive pricing, you would expect a better spread, but no. "Location - I am a regular guest at this property. It’s a bit of a heaven , utterly relaxing, surrounded by nature. The quality of my sleep always improves when staying at the property. The hosts, Supipi and Uthpala are super hosts. The meals are mostly made by Supipi herself and of course delicious. This time stayed for 6 days, could have easily stayed longer. Will definitely return."

"It's the grounds that made me fall in love with this place. Intimate & beautiful but big enough that you can stretch out your legs by strolling through well cared for gardens. Lots of flowers. A small bubbling river wraps around the property & there is this perfect spot along the river where you can sit on a bench and take in the sounds of the forest and the view of mountains in the distance. Pure bliss! The hotel itself is close to the main highway, but tucked just far enough back from the road...

"Quand on a réservé, cet hôtel semblait loin du centre ville (5,9 km d'après le descriptif) . On a donc pris un tuk tuk pour suivre la localisation GPS et se retrouver à 6 km pour rien. On a tenté de joindre le numéro de téléphone en vain. Après 1h15 de promenade en tuk tuk on a fini par découvrir que cette guest house est en fait à 800 du centre vile sur un petit chemin à droite.
