Brand NewNorth Nanaimo Ocean View Suit

Brand new ocean view home in quiet desirable area of North Nanaimo, two bedroom with queen size. Full kitchen with all amenities of home. Stackable washer and dryer. Separate entrance for suite. Own Wifi, AC, heat (heat pump) all included.

There is free parking on our driveway, reserved for you. The suite has about 5 steps to get around the side of the house.

We are here for you, we have high quality sheets and soft towels, and we will supply the essentials like coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, oil, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent, etc.

We have a strict rule of no smokers allowed on the property due to a health condition. Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs or cats due to allergies. The neighborhood has a quiet time of 10pm.

A very friendly and helpful host. We enjoyed the 2 days stay in this house. The seaviews are amazing .The facilities are new and in good conditions. The front-house parking is easy also.

Clean new apartment but with no view
We had a comfortable 8 day stay in the basement apartment. The pictures were accurate in showing basic furnishings. It was secure, quiet and comfortable. The biggest disappointment was that, while the home is located in a scenic neighborhood, there was NO view from the unit itself. The kitchen was equipped with basic dishes, cookware, coffee and dish soaps, but I needed to buy a can opener, pot holders, and a few other items.

Overall a safe and quiet location with a magnificent view. This place was definitely lacking in comfort and homey feeling. No decor on the walls or anything that makes it feel like a home away from home. Dishes were dirty and lacking. There was no pull out bed and we were charged extra for a floor bed The host gave us a dela and only charged 10 extra dollars a night for this, typical charge was 20. Just so you're aware Overall, it was ok but nothing special. forfunfunctionality
