"Convenienly located off the highway and a 15 minute drive to downtown Nanaimo, the hotel was comfortable with lots of parking. The Continental breakfast was decent and included a rotation of eggs, sausages, bacon and breads, muffins and bagels. You can make your own waffles as well. The rooms were decent size, we had 2 queen beds. The bathroom was clean and modern. The only improvement is the TV could be bigger but had a good selection of channels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go back...

"We were just traveling through the area, and needed to stop for the night. Didn't do any shopping, or anything like that. The continental breakfast , was good. There was a variety of food to choose from. Not many tables to sit at indoors, but had a couple tables on their outdoor patio. That is where we ate. We were told we could take our breakfast to our room , if we wanted. We didn't , as we wanted to catch the ferry. The stay overall was very good."

"Due to travel delays, I was arriving late so the staff left me a key to get in my room in a key box, which worked smoothly upon my late arrival. One of them and the old wired Apple headset disappeared during the first day. And no one from the hotel management showed up to apologise for that.
