Overall okay. Very nice area around it and close to the bus station. A few steps from bus that takes directly to the center. Disappointed by the cleanliness. The amount of dust gave us allergies and the bathroom seemed uncleaned as well as the kitchenette with cooking marks all over

Overall the stay was pleasant.the only draw back was the inability to reduce the air conditiong in the room, which was set at an incredible 27.0C. Had to leave the window open!

Given a room overlooking a main thoroughfare. The thermostat on the wall was there for looks only as it did nothing to change the temperature. So, I had to either have a hot room or a noisy room. Desk staff had limited English skills. Exercise room needs a good cleaning.

I personally can not imagine hotels with no air conditioning, this is simply crucial to me. The apartments are really tiny ones, the bedroom is hard to fit a couple in. The smell of rooms is somehow weird, I didn’t like it

When we realised we won't be in before 7, I tried to call the number on the Expedia confirmation email. This wasnt the hotel but switchboard gave me the number for hotel. It took me 5 tries and waiting in the phone for over 30 mins to get hold of someone. The information on Expedia, their website and the waiting music information for opening times ate all different. If I had a choice I wouldnt have stayed, it was revolting but I didnt want to alarm my family. I washed everything but next day all of us had diarrhoea.

De locatie is perfect. Parkeergarage onder het hotel. En alles lopend kunnen doen. Supermarkt om de hoek. Wel aan een drukke weg. Maar geen last van gehad. De hygiene kan beter. Ik vond het niet echt schoon. Jammer dan er geen handdoeken wissel is, als je langer verblijft.

Bon accueil accessible pour visites de la ville à pieds présence de piscine bien pour les enfants calme mais points de saleté à noter couvercle de poubelle cuisine très sale à notre arrivée et quand nous sommes partis et avons enlever les housses de couette….. une couette avait une tache énorme bien 50cm de diamètre jaune …urines???? Et coussins tachés jaune et taches de sang …ne l a t on pas vu au niveau du personnel quand ils ont préparé nos lits ???? Sale , et pas de poêle dans la cuisine ! Et trois cuillère à café pour nous 3 , en résumé point très négatif la propreté

Laut Beschreibung ist ein Reservierung des Parkplatzes nicht nötig, als wir ankommen sind war er voll. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber auf dem Flur lag der Dreck, Papier und Staub von einer Woche. Nur jeweils 1 Glas und 1 Becher sind für 2 Personen einfach zu wenig. Aber mit gerade mal 10 Blatt Toilettenpapier kommt man auch als Einzelperson nicht weit. Mann muss ein Papier (gibt es nur auf französisch) unterschrieben und eine Kaution über 150 Euro hinterlegen, für diverse Verstöße. U.a. falls man was kaputt macht. Im Zimmer ankommen, war in der Badezimmer Tür ein Loch auf beiden Seiten und der Waschtischunterschrank kaputt. Warum wird so ein Zimmer dann überhaupt vermietet? Für den kontaktlosen Checkout lag ein offener Korb auf dem Tresen, in den man die Karte legen musste. Für andere Gäste frei zugänglich. Die bisher schlechteste Unterkunft auf unseren vielen Reisen. Auch wenn es günstig ist, sauber sollte es doch sein. Leider kann man bei der Bewertung keine Bilder mitsenden.

Oreillers à changer...

L'hôtel est assez neuf, mais les installations ne sont pas super bien entretenues/propres, ce qui est dommage. La literie est correcte, mais les oreillers sont vraiment horribles... Le pétit déjeuner est correct mais sans plus.
