The staff wasn’t able to find our reservation and had to wait for the manager to come which took forever. The picture of the room as advertised on their website has a balcony but it actually doesn’t.

I really wanted to love my stay here but I was disappointed. First I arrived from a long drive to the computer system being down. So the line was backed up to check in.
