"An obviously exclusive property, nicely laid out, with nice appointments. When my shower only provided at best luke warm water (and it was still early morning), I phoned the desk and was politely told the maintenance folks would arrive at 8am, and beyond that there was no follow-up!? I was non-plussed to say the least. The customer should not have to resort to a sour review to draw your attention to the neglect that person, in this case yours truly experienced. David"

"What a great experience. From check-in to departure, this place is A . We were upgraded to a king room overlooking pools and spa. The front desk staff was so pleasant and helpful. The restaurant On-site was excellent. Not one complaint! Best sleep at any hotel. We will be back."

"Over all it was a good stay , the only thing was the hotel entrance door staying open at night and it was really cold, apparently the automatic doors weren’t working and we were hanging out in the lobby area since it was way too cold to be outside so we had to put up with feeling super cold and it definitely made us go upstairs sooner than planned."

"I love this property - the spa, infrared sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, regular pools, taco bar, Shante at front desk, the rooms, the EV chargers, the bikes. my only complaint was that i left my credit card during my trip at the main restaurant and no one notified me - despite having my exact name on the card - which would be expected at this high end of a resort."
