"BEWARE of booking and paying at property. I thought I booked with the Expedia rate, however because I marked it "pay at Property" they charged me the walk-in rate. I suggest pay at time of booking to avoid this. Once it's done it's impossible to get an adjustment."

"House was immaculate and owner communicated well. We had a few issues (smoke detector/garage door needed batteries) that were resolved within a timely manner. The pool and hot tub are fantastic once you figure out the remote control for it. The house was very spacious and beds were comfy. The house did get warm at night especially in the master bedroom where the ceiling fan did not work (Owner is aware). A small table top fan was in the garage but it did not help much but I am hot at night all...
