Excellent conditions in the apartment but due to not clear communication in the email we were unable to get inside the apartment for a while. Nobody was answering the chat or calls. We were fortunate that some people came and were able to help us get in. This was past midnight and we were really uncomfortable and pretty desperate… We would suggest more clear instructions for late checkin on how to reach the key.

Greatly surprised for this B&B it was clean and facilities were great, staff was helpful and the area outside can be hard to judge at the beggining it is very quiet and safe, great views of the port of Naples and close to supermarkets and metro and bus stations, awesome stay for a small budget

I paid for the hotel when I got there as this was the option I selected. They then charged a different card £105 for no reason, the staff said they couldn't help me as they didn't do it and there was nothing they could do. I even showed them on my banking, it was the hotel name on the transaction. I will now have to report them with my bank when I get home. For this reason I would never book this apartment again. Its basicallg fraud!

It was in walking distance to all attractions. Close to a great restaurant and the unit was modern and renovated. It was also close to the port which was great! I would recommend!

Hotel situato nel centro della città, facile da girare a piedi, ha una stazione della metropolitana nelle vicinanze, così come il porto. The staff at B&B Cortese was so friendly, helpful, and so welcoming. The breakfast was really a treat. There is very little prepared to order, but the baked goods were excellent, the coffee nice and strong, and the yogurt home-made. From the cafe terrace you have a view of the harbor and a lovely clock tower that seems to be being restored. The rooms were clean and nicely stocked, not spacious but room enough to feel comfortable moving about. The hotel is just next to the University Metro station and so convenient for getting about.

We had our door left open by cleaning staff while we were out. Thankfully nothing was missing...I reported it to front desk. Other than that incident, the room was comfortable and breakfast was always pleasant on the roof terrace. Good location to catch the metro or walk to major sights. Quiet neighborhood but expect the church bell to go off every 15 min starting at 7am. We got used to it though.

We enjoyed ourselves so much the one night we booked, that we came back and booked for four additional nights. The staff was amazing. The location was excellent, very walkable, but within a 2 minute walk of the metro as well. The breakfast was great. My daughter couldn't stop talking about how perfect their pancakes were. We will be staying here anytime we are in Napoli.
