The hotel is basically on a pedestrian street with some traffic for deliveries and the shopping street for Naples major name stores is just a couple of blocks away.

24 hr service available through the apartment hotel nearby. Difficult stairs for luggage. Breakfast was only a few items in the your room.

Great Location in Naples
The best part of this hotel is it is in a great location right in the middle of the action. The staff was super nice and friendly and the room was pretty large for a European room in the city. Only complaint was the bed was two win mattresses shoved together that would split apart during the night and I would end up sleeping in the crack.

Well priced room in excellent location
Hotel itself is in excellent location. In fact, after hearing a lot of stories about Naples , we were pleasantly surprised. We booked the room that had the separate bathroom. Room itself was a little quirky in it's layout (an internal bedroom inside a slightly larger apartment), but perfectly comfortable for a short stay. Separate bathroom was just across the hall. Luckily we were staying in the off season so the hotel was pretty empty and we didn't actually see anyone on those quick trips to the loo in the middle of the night. Our room was serviced, but our towels weren't changed (which was fine, as we just stayed two nights). Service by staff at the front desk was great, with excellent food recommendations and other recommendations of places to go in the area. As per other reviews, breakfast is not included.

Great stay
Nishan was wonderful on check in. Great recommendations on dinner. Bed was a little hard but slept well. Small shower, by who cares, it worked. GREAT AREA TO STAY IN. Lots of sidewalk cafes.

Amazing!!!
I can't lie I was worried about this area after reading reviews. There was no need....beautiful city.....amazing room.....centrally located. The service the hotel employees provided was second to none from the cleaners to Nisham the concierge. Thankyou all for making our trip memorable and pleasurable.

Clean, comfortable and a great location
The room is basic but very clean and comfortable. It was also quiet, despite being in a lively area. Nishan, the receptionist, is very helpful and gave us good information about where to eat and what to see.

Hotel was adequate for last night in Italy. The hotel staff helpfully arranged a taxi to the airport in the morning. Despite the name (Bed and Breakfast), breakfast is not available.

Value for money in the heart of Naples
We stayed in the deluxe room with the balcony. When the doors are closed, it cuts out most of the street noise. The bedroom and the bathroom are will-appointed, tastefully colour coordinated and very clean. We had a memorable stay in Napoli. Thank you for everything Naty!

Last Residenza Napoli was an excellent budget friendly B&B, with helpful and friendly staff. The location is unbeatable and within walking distance of everything. The rooms are basic but impeccably clean. A pair of slippers and a few bottles of water in the mini fridge would be the only things missing. Otherwise, a great hotel!

Right in the heart of the action
This b&b is on a nice pedestrian shopping street very close to the spanish quarter, metro, funicular and ferry terminal. While the street is busy during the day it's quiet at night. My room was very nice with a big comfy bed and 2 tvs. There is no aircon which could be a problem in summer but the doors open onto a quaint neopolitan balcony while still keeping the room private. Owner was very nice and helpful and tried hard to communicate in english. Highly recommended place to stay in crazy Naples.

Great B&B in great Location
This is a great B&B in great part of Naples. It is between 2 metro stops made it easy to get around Naples and easy stroll to the harbour. Lots of great restaurants and cafe's nearby. Owner is nice. Rooms are clean and quiet. Would recommend

Great central B&B & wonderful owner
The B&B is located very centrally on Via Chiaia in Naples. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He made us feel very at home and was a great help with local information about the sights to see and great place to eat. You can also have a nice breakfast of croissants and juice etc in your room if you order the night before. The B&B is spotlessly clean, and we also had a small balcony looking over the street below. It is in the heart of Naples and is quite bustling, but the room itself is quiet at night. It is in a perfect location and is easy to walk to the different sights. You can also catch the tram to different places, and there are also buses. I couldn't have hoped for a better B&B. The room, owner, location and cleanliness were all above expectation and I would certainly return. Made our stay in Naples an absolutely pleasure. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you for your hospitality.

We are in our 60's and we found Naples to be safe, Food costs were reasonable and the people were friendly and helpful. We also visited Pompei using the metro and train.

Lovely little family business
This little B&B is a family run business with clean and tidy rooms. The desk is no manned at night and the hallway echoes, so it can be a little loud at night when other guests return. The staff are lovely, and provide a beautiful breakfast for a small 2.50 euro. It includes pastries from the the pastries from lovely store on the street. The location is great, in a safe street in a nice end of Napoli. For a cost effective hotel in a safe neighbourhood, this is just what you are looking for.

The B&B is on a pedestrian only area and conveniently located. It's close to the Borbonic Tunnels and the funicular transportation system. Luigi was nothing short of spectacular. He offered great tips on what to see, restaurants to eat at, ordered us a cab for a 3:30 am trip to the airport, etc. He truly made this establishment! Our room was spacious and clean with a small balcony overlooking the pedestrian walkway. It can get loud from all the people at night, but we found that when you close the balcony doors it seems to soundproof the room very well. If you want to be in the centre of things and have a great place to stay, do not hesitate to book this place. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Great B&B in the heart of the city
We had a great experience staying in this B&B. We had no trouble finding it as it is conveniently located and marked properly. On arrival we were greeted by two very friendly people who, even though they didn't speak much English, made us feel welcome and the owner gave us helpful tips about the city! Our room was clean, air-conditioned, with the only downside being the stairs that you have to climb to get there!
