"Had the 2 room suite on the 8th floor, the views were stunning, the suite itself was recently renovated with decent finishes. There was still some remodeling going on in the elevators but realistically the hotel was super close to being “newly renovated”. The entire area surrounding the hotel however was very much a disaster zone, there were half torn down houses and chain link fences blocking access to areas everywhere, but once you were at the resort itself however it was still pretty easy to...

We had to check out early and go somewhere else, because a storm knocked out power and it took 2 days to fix. Cacey was very nice and accommodating. I would go stay there again though. "

The first night we had a waitress that really set us off, as she seemed like she didn't want to be there. Made us not want to have dinner there the rest of the trip. "First off I would stay again. The staff was nice and very clean. However, Our room had no hot water, we did tell them and it did not get fixed the second day but reduced our rental rate by 50% However, since we booked through Hotels.com we need to go through them for refund, as I write this on 6/24/24, hotels.com has not been able to speak to the hotel manager. My only other "complaint" was the air conditioner, it was loud but I contribute that to the age of the unit."
