Ottima posizione a pochi metri dalla stazione Garibaldi e dal corso principale con attività commerciali Personale gentilissimo mi hanno aggiunto all’ultimo una notte in più e fatto lasciare i bagagli in attesa del treno nel pomeriggio

Hatte ein EZ Deluxe reserviert und auch bezahlt, bekam aber ne total heruntergekommene Abstellkammer. Trotz vorzeigen meiner Deluxe-Reservierung, wurde mir gesagt, daß sie nur eine normale EZ-Buchung vorliegen haben und bekam kein anderes Zimmer. Mehrere längere Telefonate bei Expedia brachten auch nichts. Von Expedia bekam ich eine lächerliche 20 Euro Gutschrift. Alles in allem ein totaler Reinfall :( in Bezug auf's Hotel, aber auch in Bezug auf Expedia.

Ich hatte ein Deluxe Einzelzimmer gebucht, aber ein "normales" Einzelzimmer bekommen. Dieses Zimmer war mehr eine Besenkammer :( Außerdem Schrank defekt, Rahmen der Tür des Zimmer's beschädigt, Kopfteil des Bettes war nicht mehr fest mit dem restlichen Bett verbunden, kein Tisch, kein Stuhl, es roch fast ununterbrochen nach Abwasser/Fäkalien. Mein Hinweis in Bezug auf's gebuchte Deluxe Einzelzimmer wurde vom Hotel mit "wir sind eh ausgebucht" beantwortet und die Bemühungen von Expedia brachten auch nichts, da niemand vom Hotel es für nötig hielt an's Telefon zu gehen :(

Alloggiato in camera quadrupla per una notte 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Colazione ottima e variegata, personale gentile che ci ha dato indicazioni utili (pizzeria del popolo chiusa di domenica ci hanno indicato la più vicina pizzeria maraucci). Stanza con tutte le comodità (aria condizionata, frigo, bagno con doppia doccia e bidet, tv, letti comodi ) per la famiglia con letto matrimoniale e stanzetta per i ragazzi con letti singoli. Possibiltà di parcheggio gratuito pubblico (con telecamere della struttura). A 500 metri fermata metro Duomo. Unici appunti mancanza di un orologio a parete e un phon a resistenza che si riscaldava dopo pochi secondi di uso (spegnendosi)

Che dire? Il solito mio HAHAHAHA, purtroppo sono strutture arrangiate, camera, era la dépendance della domestica (mai vista, manco quando aveva la chiave della mia stanza, irreperibile), bidet nemmeno fissato a terra, bicchiere monouso implasticato e pieno di muffa nera, soffione doccia intasato di calcare, porte doccia non chiudibile, quindi sbalzo termico, solo tre cose buone aveva la mia sistemazione, ascensore con musica disco, minifrigo, funzionante al 100%, anche se al mio arrivo era spento e sopra un mobile, e aria condizionata, tutto il resto off. Solo al momento dell'arrivo in hotel, dopo aver pagato e avendo segnato tra i servizi inclusi la colazione, non ci è stata fornita, ne è stato fornito un rimborso parziale per tale disguido. Inoltre la doccia risulta intasata per metà dal calcare e non essendoci un bordino inferiore ogni volta si allaga metà bagno.

Naples is a very bad city. It is loud all the time and the hotel does very little to block out the sound. The bathroom smelled like sewage making the entire room unbearable

Soggiorno di tre giorni presso questa struttura. Premessa: il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono. Non so però se consiglierei questa struttura a un turista per la posizione del quartiere poco pulita e la scarsa efficenza dei servizi dell'hotel (tecnico per aggiustare la doccia mai venuto, colazione che si faceva desiderare e pulizia mediocre)

Urdåligt! Kunde inte Engelska, frukosten dålig, lakanen solkiga o gamla, luktade illa på toaletten innan alltså. Hotell rummen låg i en trång korridor nödutgången blockerades av moped. Vi känner oss lurade!

Très mauvais séjour ! Quartier vraiment pas conseillé , la chambre d’hotel était très sale , les draps n’était pas propre. Le lit était prêt à casser . On entend tout les bruits des chambres supérieure. Bref vraiment pas à recommander !!

False advertisement, room had no wifi, hotel had no real free parking but appeared in the search as such,the waster in the shower was terrible: no constant water flow in the shower and water went from warm to cold really fast. hotel was extemely noisy and the alamr clock in the room next to us when on for an hour while we were trying to sleep, and woke us up. we came to breakfast to find out half of the things in the breakfast already ran out.

Gran opción cerca del puerto y con aparcamiento

Muy bien el hotel. Limpio, personal amable, habitaciones cómodas, desayuno incluido, aparcamiento gratuito y el puerto cerca para ir andando si queréis ir a Capri desde Nápoles. El entorno no es muy agradable, pero es que es así en todo Nápoles, no se trata de una ciudad muy cuidada que digamos. Cuidado al cruzar en pasos de peatones
