The Front desk staff were awesome. Upgraded to a suite. The power shower is definitely a plus. On the downside was the noise on our last night ( party goers and perhaps garbage truck collection?????) it was impossible to sleep.

My friend and I booked online two days before our stay as we were traveling to many cities, moving along as we wanted to. We got a very good rate, but I do not consider this at five star sale as it was not clean in the common areas and especially in the rooms, it was obvious that the cleaner did not spend much time in the room as my companion shaved The night before and the shavings were all over the toilet area. There is really nothing good. I could say about this hotel.

For me and my husband property was very convenient because we wanted to be close to the stadium. If you’re not there for a game than its better to get hotel near the sea. stuff was very nice. Hotel is brand new and everything is high tech)) room service was done everyday. Rooms are really soundproof. We loved staying there.

First of all the hotel in the pictures is nothing like the actual hotel. They fail to mention that the spa they tout is $35 per perversion per hour and is so tiny you have to book a slot to use it. The hotel had only 9 rooms booked but yet does not give you the promised upgrade. It is not close to anything! It's in a weird neighborhood that is a good 20 min drive to the center of town. The rooms overlook a school yard... Everywhere you look there is an overabundance of LED lighting - super tacky and cheesy. A hard Pass!

Neapolitan neigborhood vs. Luxury Spa hotel
It is surely not like on the pictures. It is very clean, close to the metro, in a typical neigborhood. Don't expect a real Spa hotel at the gulf of Naples. But if you look for a nice city stay in a real not fancy Neapolitan setting not far from the soccer stadium you will be happy. The rooftop terrace plus pool was not in service yet, due to the season. And we cannot judge the kitchen as we did not eat there. It just opened 2 month ago so they still improved some parts. The interior design was cool.
