Home on 3.5 wooded acres. Open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings. Cozy up to the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large screen Smart TV, or enjoy your favorite book. Snuggle down in comfy queen sized beds in the 2 spacious bedrooms. The well appointed kitchen adjoins the living area, so the cook is not left out of the action. The front and back of the house has covered porches so you can enjoy the outdoors even if the weather is less than perfect during your stay. A large patio off the back porch offers plenty of room to barbecue, take a nice soak in the hot tub, and simply enjoy the outside. 20 Minutes to Bristol Mountain, 4 minutes to downtown Naples, 16 minutes to Cummings Nature Center, 11 Minutes to Canandaigua Lake South End State Boat Launch, 11 minutes to Hi Tor Wildlife Management Area, 11 Minutes to West River Fishing/Small Craft Access Site, 4 minutes to Reservoir Creek Golf Course, 34 minutes to Canandaigua, and 27 minutes to Penn Yan. This is a beautiful home that’s located in a great spot. Close to breweries, wineries and Bristol Mountain, but far enough out of town that it’s private and peaceful. It’s clean and modern with all the amenities you could need. We loved our weekend!

Perfect Getaway
My wife and I love this place. It is cozy and romantic. This was our second return visit for our anniversary. And yes, we are already planning a return visit in the spring. Andrew and Tracey were wonderful. They were easy to communicate with and gave us so much information on what there was to do etc. It is definitely in a great location for skiing, wineries, breweries, etc. The house was extremely clean and had everything you need or could think of to enjoy your stay. Just a few things that kept it from being perfect. Not enough individual light in living area, but the worst was the poor water pressure. Also ten minute wait for hot water. Would have swept the floor, but no broom available. TV was a disappointment. Providing coffee grounds was much appreciated. Thank you for the chocolate bar and waters. Very thoughtful of you.

Great weekend get away
Celebrated husband's birthday with his brother and wife. Perfect place for two couple to relax and enjoy the area. Great dinner at The Hotel on Main St in Naples on Friday Night and came back to the cabin and hung by the fire with a few bottle of wine. Saturday the men went golfing, while we sipped mimosas in the hot tub. Visited a few wineries and breweries and ended up at the Hollerhorn Distillery just 5 mins away. Lovely weekend

We Loved the property!
The home is well appointed and well taken care of, everything that you could possibly need is there. We were in the hot tub multiple times a day and came home thoroughly relaxed. Our only issue, which was our fault entirely, was the proximity to where we wanted to go.

We loved staying here! Everything was super easy, hosts were accommodating and very responsive. The house is adorable, charming and very clean. Enjoying nights in the hot tub was a nice touch. We also loved a few restaurants in the area including Roots Cafe, Old School Cafe & Hollerhorn distillery. The proximity to good restaurants was nice as well. Literally the only negative I can think of is it would have been nice to have a full length mirror while getting ready :) Other than that it was perfect! Thanks!

The property was clean and very well stocked with your day to day items. Relatively close to all state parks. After hiking all day it was amazing to get into the hot tub and soak our tired muscles. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

It was very easy to find and only a 5 min drive into the town of Naples. The property was nicely manicured outside, freshly cut grass and everything was in it's place. Inside, the house was amazing. I loved how cozy it felt and I was really impressed that the owners thought of everything. I went into a drawer looking for tinfoil and there was everything we needed. Each drawer had many other things that guests might need that you don't travel with. I loved the nice touches in the bathroom with hand soaps and creams and slip on shoes for the hot tub. The house was extremely clean inside and having a washer and dryer was handy. (We only used the dryer for our hot tub towels and clothes we got we while getting stuck in the downpour Saturday. The house came with a ton of games, great TV package and all the flyers for tourism to help with ideas on things to do. The owners were very quick to reply to messages and super helpful and friendly. We had an amazing stay! Thank you so much.
