I like that everything is there in the room and how helpful they are. I don’t like the parking but I get it. It’s only so much they can do in the location they are at. They should add a pool or hot tub and if never go anywhere else but it’s nearly the perfect place to stay when in town I’ll always recommend it.

Great location close to everything we wanted to do in Naples. Large, clean, well designed rooms, they are more like apartments. Stayed 2 nights, would definitely stay again. I enjoyed my stay at this property. I did not receive a room upgrade as per Expedias expectation of this hotel. Regardless. I had a wonderful stay. My only comment is that there was ZERO shower water pressure. This may just have been specific to my room. The staff is responsive and friendly.
