The reception staff were great - really friendly & helpful. Room had lovely view of the marina from the balcony. Hotel is a couple of minutes walk from all the bars & restaurants. Good to have secure parking on-site too.

All the staff were helpful and friendly. We found the room a little small as my husband is handicapped and furniture was ”tight”. All apart from the skirting boards was pristine clean. Perfectly placed overlooking the marina.

Sejour d'une nuit chambre confortable grande literie juste un peu dure pour moi salle de bain grande belle douche. Au niveau petit déjeuner du choix juste dommage œufs industriel et le buffet n est pas rempli des qu ils manquent quelques choses sinon personnel très sympathique

passage à l'hôtel Port beach à Gruissan

Sèjour à Gruissan pour 2 nuits. Les chambres sont très bien et confortables. par contre il serait judicieux qu'un personnel vérifie de temps en temps l'état général. Par exemple, nous avons eu du mal à lever le levier transfert robinet et douche de la baignoir. Je l'ai signalé le premier jour. Il serait également normal que les clients au départ fassent un CR des pb rencontrés de façon que le prochain client puisse ne pas rencontrer le même Pb. Beaucoup parlent du petit déjeuner comme si il n'y avait que çà d'interessant. Il est vrai qu'il n'y a rien à dire à ce sujet,c'est super. Ce que je peux dire, c'est que l'accueil est très chalereux, le personnel est à l'écoute et n'a pas un sourire commercial d'accueil mais un sourire inné sans se forcer. C'est ça le professionnalisme et la conscience professionnelle. J'ai constaté qu'il y avait un petit frigo dans la chambre. Ca serait un geste de bienvenue d'y mettre 2 petites bouteilles d'eau. Personnellement cela ne m'a pas été utile car " Prévoir, c'est commander" et ne pas compter sur autrui mais sans doute que certains apprécieraient ce geste. Le parking privé est une bonne idée bien qu'un peu cher pour celui qui y passe une semaine. Je pense que le gérant de l'hôtel mène bien sa boutique comme aimait employer ce termepour dire que son unité tournait bien d'une main de fer dans un gant de velours. Cordialement Francis Bunet

Séjour parfait mis a part la dame blonde des petit déjeuner qui devrait changer de métier, sauté sur les clients au réveil pour un café et sans bonjour cela est bien désagréable.
