"We stayed one night after our arrival to Narita Airport. This location is one stop away by JR train. Google maps provided walking instructions from the station to the hotel. It is in a neighborhood next to train tracks. I wasn't bothered by train noise overnight, but that could have been due to how exhausted I was. Staff didn't seem to speak English but the check in process included some prepared cards that I read and agreed to. They have free coffee, tea, and breads available in the morning....

Nice place to stay if travelling through Narita

"Room is ver spacious. Liked the swivel tv and tie wing area. Ate at the buffet restaurant Ceres.. food was a good variety and quite delicious. Child said “best clubhouse he has ever had” Room temperature good, bathroom clean and enough space. Shuttle pick up was efficient."

"This was a wonderful place to stay after our long flight from the US. The rooms were quiet and clean. The decor was a little dated. It took about 30 minutes to and from Narita on the free shuttle. The breakfast buffet was amazing! It rivaled those I’ve had at five-star restaurants. The staff were kind and attentive. "

"This is an ideal location. On top of the two train stations. Lots of restaurants around. It is really easy to get around from here or quickly to the airport. Hotel has scheduled airport shuttle service. Good staff, very helpful. Rooms were clean. I would stay here again."
