Only negative is having to pay to use amenities like the pool. 7-11 is very convenient and shuttle is great for getting to and from the airport. Didn’t try the buffet so can’t comment. "Check-in attendant wasn't very friendly. They only accept cash, but I thought I had paid online. He rudely told me I was wrong. I asked him to help my friend get to the train station and he said "why?". With customer service like that you could have a ticket machine do a better job."
