"Staff were very helpful in finding a room that suited a disabled relative. The room was spacious and clean. However the venue overall needs repair and replacement of items - eg a block-out curtain was missing from the window. The room had no fridge, which I was told about and this did not worry me but others might require it. Potholes and cracks in the driveway and paths made walking to rooms potentially unsafe. "
