Summary:
ONE MILE FROM DOWNTOWN BROADWAY! Situated between beautiful Germantown and Downtown Nashville, this lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo is an inexpensive ride-share from Nashville best attractions. The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience.

The Space:
- The Charlesville is located 1 mile from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 9.5 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee, sugar and creamer for your use.
- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage.
- There is a nearby active commercial rail line with noise abatement regulations in place.

The time allotted in between stays allows the cleaners to perform their duties prior to your arrival. There are multiple luggage stow companies in Nashville that you may utilize while exploring the city. If early check in is a necessity for your group, we ask that you book the night prior to your arrival. This ensures that you may check in anytime on your arrival date.

Guests will have full Access to the entire condo. 2 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and Living room with queen size pull out sofa. One parking spot is permitted per rental in the parking garage. Parking passes are provided upon arrival. Only one permit will be provided, there are no additional spots, and there are no exceptions. Please plan accordingly. An elevator is on site and two stairwells are accessible. An elevator code, and a keyless door entry code will be provided to you 2 days prior to arrival.

Great Stay!
My husband and I, along with our two children (4 and 6) loved our stay at this place. We walked to Broadway during the day. Walked and ate dinner around the corner at Jonathan's Grille. The property was very, very clean and instructions were very easy to follow. The train behind the place only went by a few times during our stay but it wasn't a bother to us.

Property was very clean and quiet during the day. Only drawback was being so close to the train tracks. You could hear the train going in the evening and late at night, often waking us up. Otherwise it was close to downtown and we walked everywhere.

Plenty of space for 4 adults. Our 5 night stay was great. The train noise every two hours took some time to get used to but overall it wasn't bad. The place was clean and had some cleaning supplies and paper goods.The only real complaint was the oven... 1 hour preheat was a little crazy.

Great roomy and clean place with a well stocked kitchen. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Unfortunately the first night of our stay the train was very active and made for a restless night. Second night the train was very quiet and didn't wake us till 7am or so. Great place but that train was tough the 1 night.

One of the best places we have stayed. The places is spotless and completely up to date. The location in Nashville….well it close to everything. The owner communication was immediate and responsive. We were a group of allergy nurses from Pennsylvania in Nashville for a conference on Friday and then we spent the rest of our time exploring all of the amazingly fun spots in Nashville. We loved our location to Broadway and the Gulch. We would highly recommended this rental…..everything was great!

We had a great time! Everything is walkable or a quick Uber ride. The train is right outside of the apartment, though, and it is really loud all times of the day. It didn’t bother us too much but we were startled a few times. I would stay there again! We enjoyed our time.

Accommodations were great. Clean, updated condo in walking distance to Broadway. Condo located directly next to train tracks. Sort of loud in early morning hours but not a deal breaker! Kitchen fully equipped including coffee Maker and coffee. Nice touch! Would definitely recommend!

Place was clean and tidy and nicely decorated, however the trains running all night long directly outside the window makes it impossible to sleep, they’re extremely loud, the whole place shakes and we probably managed a few hours sleep per night until the trains start around 2am. We wouldn’t return.

The condo. was wonderful, but being located so close to the railroad tracks was annoying. Trains early morning and late at night. The area seems to be surrounded by factories. This was not a good choice to build a condo.

The accommodations were GREAT! However, it would be nice if you were told that a train passes by your window every 2 hours all night long. It is a shame because it is in walkable distance to a lot…Broadway and again the place was nice. But I do like to sleep when I am on vacation.

Nashville trip
The apartment was clean and had a small balcony which I enjoyed in the mornings when no one else was out of bed. The walk to downtown Nashville was under a mile, so it was walking distance and a direct shot to broadway street on 3rd avenue. There were train tracks outside but they didn’t bother us as there were no whistles to be heard. We found a little sports bar and grill around the corner that we went to a couple times. Nice place, nice area. Would definitely stay here again!

Could have been 5 stars - Excellent facilities
The 2 bedroom apartment was amazing! Separate bedrooms with ensuites gave me and my buddy complete privacy. 15 minute walk to Bridgestone/Nissan Staduims and Broadway so location was good. It was not too bad for us but people should be aware that there is RR tracks next to the building and the trains run quite frequently...through the night. That being said..I would rent again if I came back to Nashville.
