Daily breakfast was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hot water availability in the room was inconsistent but otherwise the facilities were well maintained. Hotel is conveniently located to local amenities and we could walk to most places. I would stay here again.

The Best Western had a great breakfast that was included as well as all day coffee, lemonade, ice tea, and afternoon popcorn and cookies. It was a quick walk to dining and shopping.

The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and I liked the cappuccino machine that also offered filtered water , lemonade, and iced tea. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. I would stay here again . Thank you!

Our go-to lodging in Nashville! Clean, remodeled property, on-site parking, easy walk to sports or music venues downtown. Great omelet breakfast and hot buffet included. No bar on-site but brewery about 2 block away.

BEWARE: the beds are rock hard and the ac units are shoddy. Only two temps are freezing cold or hot and sticky. Canceled my second night and moved to a different hotel. Hotel staff was accommodating and attentive. Brought us extra blankets for the hard bed and offered partial refund
