House is spacious and comfortable, well stocked with supplies and the kitchen had everything we needed. Pool is awesome. Location is private and more rural while still being close to restaurants and everything Nashville has to offer.

The house and the pool were perfect for our getaway. The location is also great for Ubering into downtown Nashville if you desire.

Really liked the property. Had all the amenities that we needed to prepare food and enjoy ourselves. Master on the main floor was a huge boon as we had folks that don't navigate stairs well.

2 king bedrooms downstairs a real plus for our elder family members. Lots of beds for our party of 8. Well stocked kitchen. Great sitting chairs and sofa to accommodate all in one room to gather after a full day of shopping. Ample parking for our multiple vehicles.

This home was a perfect match for the needs of our 9 family visitors + dog. Great spaces within the house for a larger group to gather (kitchen, family room, and pool), convenient amenities, and easy, quick communication with the property manager/owner. Would highly recommend this home for any group looking to be just close enough to Nashville but in a more rural, nature-filled setting.

The house met our needs for traveling with 7 adults and a baby. The house had all we needed to do a cook out and swim. Patio was great to hang out and pool was clean. House had high chair which was great because we forgot to pack ours. The living room had a recessed floor which was really stressful with a new walker baby because there was no way to baby proof that. Overall a great stay.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! We had kids ranging from 4-10 and all had fun. The pool was great! It was a bit of a drive from downtown Nashville, but we found ourselves exploring the quaint city and enjoyed the nearby state park for most of the stay.

House is great, lots of space and fully equipped kitchen!! Pool is awesome! Had upstairs air conditioning issues first night and owner got it taken care of and a repairman came out at 10pm local time and thankfully it was a quick fix. Great service!!! Highly recommend and would love to come back!

We had a great stay. The driving directions provided to get there was clear. Upon arrival the house is older however in great shape. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in a country setting and really close to 2 public parks. We visited them every day for kids to play as well as the dog park was a plus. The kids enjoyed the pool and ping pong table in the basement.

My family and I were recently in town for my nephew's wedding. Since we were coming from multiple states, we all wanted to maximize our visit and stay together vs in separate hotel rooms. This house was perfect for our needs! We loved staying here, and would definitely recommend it to others. I have no complaints - check in was easy, house was clean with plenty of room - I only wish we would have been there in the summer so we could have enjoyed the pool! 5 star rating for sure!

We came to Nashville to celebrate Christmas and go to ICE at the Gaylord Opryland hotel. The house was perfect for our 3 sons, two wives and 4 grandchildren. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathrooms were shampoo, body wash, etc. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. We really felt at home. The pool looked nice too. We’d love to come again in warmer weather.

We had a great time ! The house is large and fully equipped. The yard is big and beautiful. We enjoyed the pool. The property manager responded quickly when we had questions. There is a great pizza place nearby (Skyking) and also a small bar with live music (The Fillin Station). Nashville is about half an hour drive. We also took horse riding lessons next door at BlackFriar Farm. It was fun, we would definitely recommend this home.

We recently stayed at this beautiful property and had an amazing time with our family. The location is wonderfully private, making it the perfect escape for some quality bonding. The house itself is charming and quiet, and it truly felt like home.
The kitchen was fully stocked and spacious enough for our group of 10, which made meal prep a breeze. We enjoyed cozy evenings by the fire, roasting s’mores, and the kids had a blast playing ping-pong in the basement. We even spotted deer in the backyard in the mornings!
While the property does show some signs of age, and a few repairs are needed, it didn’t detract from our overall experience. We were disappointed to find out that the hot tub and pool were closed, as we hadn’t been informed beforehand.
The beds were comfortable, though the ones upstairs were a bit squeaky. Overall, this property was very comfortable, and we would absolutely recommend it for a family getaway. We can't wait to return!

We stayed here for an annual girls trip. The property was mostly as expected. The interior of the house was perfect for what we were looking for, a few things were broken but that comes with owning a home. Only a few minor complaints on the outdoor amenities. Net for pool cleaning was too big for the leaves and bugs, no bug repellent, deck had some weak spots, and there was a wasp nest by the hot tub. My biggest complaint was the lawn people. They came around 3p on Friday. All 10 of us were out by the pool having lunch and they continued to mow and weed directly at the pool line. We had to go in because it was kicking up so much dirt and grass. I know it’s likely contracted work but still was frustrating being it was Friday, a popular day for vacationers to be there. Owner was responsive when needed and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Traveled to Nashville with my husband sister son and inlaws plus our 2 dogs
to celebrate my daughter's college graduation at Belmont U. The house was comfortable for all of us and my daughter. It was a little distance from downtown but a peaceful retreat in the country at the end of the day. The grounds are beautiful. The firepit was great to relax outdoors in the evening. Kitchen was great for preparing a meal and gathering. My daughter could spend time together with us and her grandparents and her pups we all missed her very much. Still got to go to Broadway the Grand Ole Opry the Loveless Cafe and all the Nashville favorites. Can't forget pool area beautiful but a little too cool early May but didn't stop my husband and his father taking a cool dip. All in all wish we had a few more days went too quickly.

We really loved this beautiful home and property and our stay with our family. Our contact, “Russell” was very kind and quick to respond to any questions. Everything was super clean and small details of what we might need seemed to be well thought out for us. It was so nice to have such a warm inviting place to hang out and share meals and fun times together with our family. Being raised in the country myself, I really loved the property layout and the decor of the home, which to me seemed like mostly newly renovated “modern country.” All the appliances, facilities and pool were in very good condition.
The kids all enjoyed the pool and relaxing in the big living room together. My 4 yr old grandson and I loved sitting and chatting on the “gazebo swing,” and the toddlers enjoyed the spacious family room. Their wise parents taught them quickly how to navigate the one step down from the open kitchen/dining area into the family room (which was well marked), and from then, the little ones adapted easily and enjoyed toddling around the large open space of kitchen/dining and family room. There was also a cute and cozy den off of the kitchen for anyone that might have wanted a little solitude.
The beds and bedrooms were cute and comfy and there was plenty of room for the 7 adults and 4 grandkids. The house was well stocked with everything we need to cook the food we brought, and we appreciated the high chair and the pack-and-play at the house for our use.
The whole surrounding area was very beautiful as well. One had a sense of slowing down and relaxing here.
Not a part of the property, but equally as adorable was the little weekend deli tucked along the hillside down the road along with the little ice cream trailer, and even a few farm animals beyond the buildings to complete the charm. My husband, being from Japan said the hills and winding roads of the countryside reminded him of being in Japan. In the opposite direction from the deli, we found and ordered some good woodfire oven pizza from Kingston Springs. The only thing we might have missed was a walking path nearby, but then again, that might have taken away from the “getting away from it all” ambiance.
We were very happy with our choice of this property, and would highly recommend it.

The property was great and it was about 25 minutes from downtown Nashville. The house was everything that was advertised. A few things didn't work including the solar lights by the pool, the night light from the electric pole, and also the pavilion fan. I notified the manager of the property but never responded to my inquiry. The trip was great other than the non communications about the broken utilities. I would definitely recommend to others
