The complimentary parking was a welcome amenity during my stay. While the room rate was slightly higher than I would have preferred, I would consider staying at this establishment again in the future.

The room smelled very musty. We were only there for two nights but should have left or asked for another room. The baseboards were full of both dust and mold. In one corner the room had what appeared to be black mold growing on a still wet or damp corner next to a window.

I stayed at this horrible hotel. I was bitten ny bed bugs!! Please check out the rooms before you go to sleep. I killed a brown bug. Not sure at that time what type of bug it was. Only to wake up to a few bites. I come home and have a terrible breakout on both of my arms and legs.

Everything was great. Only thing that I wasn’t please with was parking $16 a night. The young lady I can’t remember her name waived the parking fee at check in for me & my husband and I really appreciate that thanks again. Carolyn and Kim were amazing! They were so kind and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and they were able to get us in a room within a couple of minutes. The room was spacious about very clean. I’m super happy with my stay there. The only negative was paying $16/night for parking, but I do like the it was secure.

I have never left a negative review before but I think it is important that I share that during my stay an employee entered our room with a key at 11:30pm on our second night without even knocking first. He stated that he was checking which rooms were unoccupied and the front desk called 10mins later to say they were trying to find our reservation even though we had been there 2 days already. The next morning when I was checking out I raised this issue with the employee at the desk who just said “I don’t know anything about that I think the system was having a problem” there was no follow up in relation to this issue which I do feel was much more serious than anyone working here seemed to acknowledge. An employee should not be entering rooms randomly late a night without knocking.
