This is a great hotel! Me and my husband stayed for one night and was extremely impressed? Everything was clean, staff EXTREMELY friendly! The beds were comfortable and breakfast was also great with options! Highly recommend this hotel?

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay. The bedding was clean, but very uncomfortable for me. The mattress provided little support. If you’re used to super soft bedding, this might not matter to you. The flight path from Nashville Airport is right over the parking lot. It didn’t bother me, but is something to be aware of.

The bathroom floors were extremely dirty and a couple of towels were not clean. Also pillow case had makeup on it and I don’t wear makeup. Asked for clean sheets and pillows. It didn’t happen. The front desk clerk when we checked in was really nice though.

Customer service was great. The woman working the desk at night was extremely personable and respectful. She was also understanding of my flight delayed and checking in late, helping me to feel comfortable and answer any questions. The room was excellent, clean and exactly what was expected.
