We did not have a car so, we walked everywhere. The hotel location was not far from the area where the bars are located. There is an huge hill we encountered to get down to this location. We did not use the bus because we had no info on it. We were surprised by no one using cash in the stores.

Convenient location and okay hotel - The walls were thin, and the elevators were under construction. This hotel requires valet parking, which requires time & patience. But it’s super convenient to Broadway’s entertainment, which is why we were there. The food truck in the parking lot offers great food. We’ve stayed here twice & probably will again despite the negatives. The staff was affable, & again, it’s a terrific location. If you’re looking for a place to sleep & party on Broadway, this is the hotel

Wonderfully greated by Jilaina when we arrived ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ , she was Fantastic. The establishment was well presented and the room was tidy and comfortable We used valet parking and it was well worth it to save us from having to find parking. Complimentary breakfast was great lots of options to get us fueled for a day of sight seeing.

Property needs a refresh. Check in desk area floors and carpet unclean. There was musicians playing upon arrival it was so loud it was hard to hear checkin attendant. Also brochures for site seeing tucked behind the elevator wall. The breakfast area carpet filthy but there were clean tables and food prep area. This place needs updating. I reported the low water pressure in shower upon departure. Room was nice and also clean.

Good location to downtown and walk. We really enjoyed the staff, very friendly and the morning buffet was very good. The only thing i was surprised about was the room was not cleaned just bed made and some new towels. There was stuff on the rug and bathroom floor that was never cleaned.
