The environment of this hotel was very good. I found a neat and clean room. The behaviour of the front desk officer was so much friendly. One thing disappointed me. I didn’t find shampoo and body lotion in the room. I think they should provide this stuff to their guest. Otherwise everything was fine.

What is offered online is not what you get. Lists a complimentary breakfast they haven't offered in FOUR YEARS; and all rooms have a severe cockroach problem to the level where "bugs in my room even MY BED" isn't a valid reason to them to get a better room, there simply isn't one. Also they FLAT OUT REFUSE to provide more than the two teeny towels for any reason. Go elsewhere, there are better options in the same street that are at the least bug less.

Thiers only 3 pillows for a king size bed for two when most comes with 4 to 6 no shampoo no extra blankets phone doesn't work bugs in rooms no coffee pot at all no where to plug phone in to charge no plug for bath tub
