Housekeeping tried to enter the room quite early but I had the safety latch on the door so I was awoken to the door slamming against the metal latch. At 10:30 a housekeeper again attempted to enter the room & was looking through the door crack for some time. I opened the door & asked if there was anything he needed. He didn’t speak English but showed me his phone listing my reservation & started tapping on my check out date & time as if trying to hurry me up. I then tapped on the current time to remind him I had half an hour left until check-out time & he left. The elevator wasn’t functioning, so guests had to walk through the parking garage & into a maintenance area to use a service elevator which wasn’t a huge deal. The toilet was also constantly running water into the bowl. I considered calling in a maintenance request but it was quite late & I didn’t know how long this might take so I just put ear plugs in. I’ve stayed at this property twice before & never experienced any issues so I’m guessing this was an isolated occurrence but it was just a bit strange overall.
