Located on a peaceful, tree-lined street, yet close to cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, and downtown Nashville, it blends tranquility with convenience.

3-mins or less drive to all of Nashville's hot spots; Broadway Honky Tonk Bars, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, 12 South, Germantown, Music Row, The Gulch, and Vanderbilt.

POOL
The pool measures 8.5 feet in width, 18.25 feet in length, and 4.5 feet in depth. It can be heated up to 100 degrees, allowing for year-round use.

FIRE PIT
The fire pit is heated by natural gas, providing a warm and cozy ambiance. The seating area includes three sofas, allowing up to nine people to sit comfortably and enjoy the fire pit.

OUTDOOR GRILL
The outdoor kitchen features a 32" grill, perfect for all your barbecuing needs.

GYM
The gym is 20' x 20' feet and features a wet bar/sink area, squat rack, cable machine, dumbbells from 5 pounds to 100 pounds, various kettlebells, stability balls, and more. The gym has a 16-foot-wide sliding glass door that opens up to the pool area.

ROOFTOP TERRACE
On our rooftop, enjoy skyline views of Downtown Nashville, snap photos in front of our custom SeekStays mural, and relax on our large outdoor sectional sofa. The rooftop terrace connects to the 3rd floor living room, where you can watch TV, dine, and play pool.

The home features a gorgeous kitchen and two wide-open living rooms. For those who love to cook, this is a fully stocked chef's paradise.

BATHROOMS
Most of the bathrooms have single or double vanities and glass showers. One of the bathrooms has a soaking tub should you be so inclined to take a bubble bath during your stay. We stock the bathrooms with plenty of bath and hand towels, washcloths, cosmetic towels, and floor mats to give you something nice and fluffy to step on when getting out of the shower. You'll also find hairdryers in each bathroom along with plenty of spa-quality shampoos, conditioners, and body wash.

BEDROOMS
Enjoy the cool comfort and support of our Gel-infused Green Tea Memory Foam mattresses and super soft, 480 thread count cotton sateen sheets, woven with a rich, lustrous finish.

All bedrooms are equipped with a Roku TV which gives you access to thousands of streaming channels such as Netflix, YouTube TV, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.

You will have access to the entire home with the exception of a few owner's closets.

* The Gulch (0.5 miles) - The Gulch is an upscale neighborhood known for its chic hotels, high-end fashion boutiques and trendsetting restaurants. In a striking art deco building, The Frist Art Museum hosts diverse, adventurous exhibitions, as well as film screenings and lectures. Renowned bluegrass musicians take the stage at The Station Inn, a tiny club open since the 1970s, while Mercy Lounge has indie, soul and folk gigs.


* Vanderbilt (1.0 miles) - Beautiful campus surrounded by quiet neighborhood streets.


* Hillsboro Village(1.0 miles) - Belmont/Hillsboro is a relaxed neighborhood with cozy cafes, hip eateries and cocktail bars in Hillsboro Village and along Belmont Boulevard. Students from Belmont University and nearby Vanderbilt University gravitate to indie clothes shops and the nonprofit Belcourt Theatre for classic and arthouse movies.


* 12 South (1.0 miles) - A leafy residential neighborhood known for its bungalow-style homes, 12 South also offers fine-dining restaurants, stylish designer boutiques and stores specializing in vintage guitars and quirky homewares. It's also home to the iconic “I Believe in Nashville” mural, a popular photo op for visitors.


* Midtown (1.0 miles) - Buzzing Midtown is a major nightlife hub, with crowds packing gay bars and clubs on Church Street for drag shows, live music and variety acts There are also raucous rock gigs at Exit/In and The End on Elliston Place, while laid-back bars and late-night cafes fill up with students from Vanderbilt University. Centennial Park is a vast green space with a lake, sunken garden and a striking 1897 replica of the Parthenon.

Park in our 2 car garage, private driveway, or in front of the house on our quiet neighborhood street. The Sunny Modern Oasis is just a quick 1-mile walk or 5-minute drive to Downtown Nashville.

NO PARTIES:
Only registered guests are allowed to use the house day and night. Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep the noise level down. If there are any reasonable noise complaints, you’ll be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refund.

DECORATIONS:
Avoid using thumbtacks or command hooks for decorations on walls or wallpaper. Use Scotch tape, painter's tape, or sticky putty instead. No glitter is allowed. Any damage from improper decoration will be charged accordingly.

ACCESS FOR REPAIRS:
Homeowners and property managers may access the property for repair and inspection in a reasonable manner. Guests are expected to comply with the Rental Agreement during their stay and ensure all party members and visitors do the same.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
There are outdoor NEST security cameras located around the exterior of the home. Security cameras are set up for the safety of our guests and the security of our home. Please do not tamper with any of the security camera equipment.
