A huge shoutout to Abby at the front desk! She made our stay at woodSprings absolutely fantastic with her friendly and welcoming attitude. From the moment we checked in, she was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel itself was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which really added to the positive experience. It’s great if you are staying for a short time for work or just passing thru. It’s like a small college dorm room. Rates are affordable, it’s relatively clean, no smells, no bugs, it’s pretty quiet unless you are on the highway side of the building and can hear the traffic. They don’t have daily housekeeping which I liked because I don’t want to be bothered but you have to take out your trash to the bin. Lots of food places in walking distance. It has a small laundry room, couple machines were broken. It’s not a 5 star hotel, but if you need a good place to sleep I would stay here again.

the elevator was disgusting,,, it had a rug in it and was soiled with dog urine. It looked like it had net been swepped out in days. so were the hallways ,, they were all dirty and should be carpeted for noise absorption. the room next to me had a dog that barked every time someone walked by and kept me up. the room was clean though and the bed was comfortable

Some dog owner do not clean up after their pets so pet area is a mine field. Ciggerette butts make it look unkept. No place to comfortably sit and enjoy the outside. Overall ok but no paridise.

Mediocre Hotel-Outer areas not kept up.

The interior of the hotel was clean and no bad smells. The furnishings were cheap but comfortable. The exterior was disgusting . There was trash and broken glass everywhere. I stayed here because it was dog friendly but had to go offsite to walk my dogs. There was also a strange path cut into the woods behind the property. While is was coming into the building a large man came up from the path. I went back to my car until he left.

WoodSpring Suites was not an enjoyable experience. The bathroom was not cleaned well when I checked into the room. The sheets & covers didn’t look to be changed frequently. I asked for a clean wash cloth & towel bc my room was only equipped with one towel. Although the front desk said they would take care of it, they never did. It’s a pet friendly place so I’m sure people allow their dogs on the beds there so that may be a reason for the smell in the facility. I ended up checking out a day early and went across the street to Sleep Inn Main Stay. My experience there was much better and the rooms were clean.

After arriving, there is no front desk clerk, you have to call a number to have someone “on the property” come check you in. After calling, the lady on the phone said they would be right over they were just getting towels for another guest, 20 minutes later they pull up in their car (obviously not even staying there during their shift). Checks me in, she leaves, I get to my room and the keys don’t work. So I repeat the same cycle, call, wait, get new keys. The room was disgusting, spilled liquids and food in the cabinets, spilled drinks on the floor, pet hair and dirt all over the bed. I’m convinced the bed was made, they threw two towels in the bathroom and called it clean. Horrible location. Highly recommend elsewhere.

I booked last minute with a pet. There was a little confusion about the pet fee as what is currently stated on Expedia is not correct. While i should have checked with the property I have never had an issue before with the information not being up to date.The property worked with me and i had an enjoyable stay.

It's ok

The people were super friendly. I had a handicap accessible room and it was definitely big enough. However there was a pool noodle acting as a barrier for the shower and that doesn't really work so the floor was always wet. The mattress is also super thin and the pillows are basically pancakes. If you're only staying for a night or w it's fine but definitely bring your own pillow
