Location, Location, Location!
Atlantis is overrated, the views from the house are breathtaking, whether you are in the living room, dining room, kitchen, master shower, master bedroom or the bedroom facing the pool.

Hot tub in the master bathroom, majestic view of the waters while you relax!

Home was build by the Dupont's in the 1950's, then they sold it to Lord Sassoon, we are the fifth owners of this incredible home. Home has 10 feet privacy wall, steps from patio take you directly to the beach. The entire back of the house faces the ocean and has a deck on it. Guests enjoy 160 linear feet of ocean frontage.

Come enjoy the turquoise waters of the caribbean, breath taking views, fishing from the deck, beach is a few steps from the deck, snorkeling tours not needed, we have a very healthy marine life by the house, swimming pool and hot tub facing the ocean!

All rooms are expansive. Master Bedroom is 22 by 22 feet, with one wall having 3 french doors facing the ocean. Master Bathroom has 2 water tiles in the shower, heated jacuzzi, and a bidet, did we mention a walk-in master closet. Living room/Dining room is 44 ft by 16 ft.

Each bedroom has two full size beds, and one twin bed under the full size bed. All bedrooms have closets.

House has a generator.

All new kitchen with an Italian Range Bertazzoni, Bosch dishwasher, LG washer, we have all high end appliances. From paint, to appliances to the pool finish all choices are luxurious.

House is managed locally by a property manager. They will greet you on check in day and familiarize you to our home. They will also be present at time of checkout. During your stay if you have any questions, concerns or issue they will handle them promptly.

We don't charge resort fees, gratuities or taxes. Home is not only affordable for families it is also something out of the book of the Rich and the Famous.

New Year's Family Vacation

Great Vacation with Family; Beautiful Spot
Beautiful home! We really enjoyed our stay with children and grandchildren. The pool and hot tub were a hit. We also enjoyed going down the steps to the ocean, and that the rocks don’t hurt your feet and there is sand to walk on. The ocean being swimmable there (waves were often calm) was a bonus! Kitchen was reasonably equipped for making meals for our group. Having a washer & dryer was a plus with our little ones.

Great Stay!
I stayed here with a party of 10. There was plenty of room, the home was very spacious. Everything was spotless upon arrival and the check-in process was easy. Shenque, the property manager was amazing. She explained and showed me where everything was and how to operate certain things within the home as well. The location is perfect as it was not too far from everything we wanted to do and everywhere we wanted to go. I'd definitely recommend and book again if I have the opportunity.

Fun, Fabulous Getaway
We had a crew of 18 girls stay in this house over a long weekend for a bachelorette trip, and this house surpassed all expectations! There was so much room for all of us to hang out together, whether in the living/dining room or outside by the pool. The house was clean, we had hot water, and the view was absolutely immaculate. Sonal, the host, was responsive and took great care of us and our needs, and also provided some great local recommendations.

Friends Reunion
The stay we had was fantastic! The house was clean, felt very safe, plenty of space in the house (we had 17 people), the pool and yard gave us a lot to do while hanging out, and the view of the sunsets off the water were unbelievable. A surplus of taxis around the island make it extremely easy to get around. Sonal (the host) was extremely helpful and extremely responsive as we prepared for our trip and had questions about how best to spend our time. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Nassau!

The views were amazing.
The house was very spacious. The kitchen was amazing and was enjoyed by all the family who love to cook. There was some damage to the steps down to water due to late season hurricane. There was also a delay in checking in which was due to the late checking out of the previous guests but the cleaning crew allowed us to drop off all our luggage.

Great house room for everyone!
We had a family reunion stay here total of 12 people. The house needs updating but was large and roomy for us all and everyone was comfortable. The hot tub wasn’t working but Shenque got right on it and it was quickly fixed. The only thing was we thought we would have our own little beach area but there was none at all. That may have been due to the time of year.

A Perfect Thanksgiving
A truly wonderful stay at a beautiful home! AMAZING views, spacious home with plenty of amenities. Centrally located but definitely a busy area on the island. The home provides plenty of privacy, including multiple entertainment areas. Shenique, the Propery Manager, was both highly accommodating and responsive. The recommended Private Chef (Chef Bevan) was great and prepared meals for two nights and they were truly culinary delights. Please note that the recommended Private charter (Captain Eugene) was not reliable, but Shenique helped turn lemons into lemonade and assisted with other options. Will definitely reserve this home again!

What a hidden gem behind the walls on bay street!
Loved the house, the service, we stayed for 10 days with 4 generations and couldn't have asked for more. No need to rent cars, bus right outside the house. Did the obligatory free tour of Atlantis after 5 pm. Enjoyed local fare at fish fry. The new Pizza hut was a nice addition on bay street. We got fresh bananas from the yard, we were told that is quite unusual since the garden is still fairly new. We will be back.

Property was as shown. Beautiful home, right on the water, amazing sunsets, just incredible.
What a wonderful vacation. Sonal and her team where very responsive. The airconditioner in the main area stopped working and they worked really hard to get it fixed and then offered a small refund for the inconvenience. Pool and beach right there make you not have to go anywhere. Went to Rose Island with a suggested vendor of hers, Captain Mike - great day and much cheaper than using other commercial entities. Would absolutely go back.

Large villa with beautiful views!
We had a fantastic stay for a recent long weekend. Although there were 11 of us, we never felt cramped. We were met upon our arrival and given an overview of the home. The host was very flexible with arrival time, as our flights arrived a bit on the early side. The house was a great location and was very easy to grab a taxi right outside the front door. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. We really enjoyed the pool and having the small beach area in the back yard. We were even able to have jet skis delivered to ride around in the lagoon for a couple hours. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend for a stay with a large family or group of friends.

Beautiful Oceanfront Villa
House exceeded expectations. 3 bedrooms with en suite baths, 2 bedrooms with shared hall bath. We had a family group of 16 people from 1-74 yrs old. Property manager was extremely helpful. Generator supported entire house when power went off with out any limitations. House is slightly dated , (a few exterior doors didn’t open for example) but for us it was not important. Dining room / kitchen supplies easily handled our large group.

It a shame how run down the property is.
The view is spectacular, it is not child friendly. The property needs TLC, with some fixes it would be much better. The only nice bedroom is the master bedroom. Although you pay for extra guest, extra towels had to be requested. The staff manager was very nice and tried to accommodate the best possible. There is fine cracks in the walls, the whole place needs to be painted, the furniture is very old. The gate at the stair that lead to the ocean is missing (extremely dangerous for children) the dishwasher has rusty racks… Leaving the property is a nightmare due to a very busy road, although the location is good.

Great home for big groups!
We had a great stay at Seaduction! The views from the master and deck were unbelievable. It was super easy to get around by taxi, walking and bus. The house itself worked great for our group (parents celebrating 50th wedding anniversary, kids and spouses, and grandkids). The bedroom layout was awesome- teenagers got their own wing for sleeping in, little kids were far enough away that they could be laid down early without hearing the adults in the living room, and even though the master was right off the living space the walls are so thick that the 6 am wake ups from the littles didn't disturb them. While the house was very clean, there were mismatched patch jobs throughout, what appeared to be spilled paint on the floor of the master bath, and the living room couch has seen better days BUT it made it less stressful having 5 kids aged 13 to 1 running around. I would definitely stay again- especially with such a big group!

Perfect home base to see Nassau
This home is located right on the coast on West Bay St. near the public Saunders Beach. It is between Baha Mar and Atlantis, closer to Baha Mar. The home has a incredible views from the living room, dining room, kitchem and Master. The pool and the hot tub were a perfect for the 7 kids we had with us. The road is on a busy road, but it actually is beneficial to reflag down a bud or a taxi. I would not rent a car. Easy walk to a gas station and the public beach. Easy to get a cab to and from the Baha Mar casino. Sonal was easy to speak with for information before our stay and Shenique is the local home attendant that is very responsive to any need. Make sure you negotiate your taxi fare before getting in the taxi. You can expect $3-5 per person. This home was a perfect spot for our spring break vacation.

Great snorkeling right off your front yard and great view
We were a family of 12 and there was plenty of room. The best thing about this property is the view and snorkeling out front. House was fine, beds were fine. The A/c was plenty cool. The only hassle was getting to and from the grocery store as we had to buy so many groceries. We went every other day and paid a taxi $20 each way so the $40 added to our grocery bill. Groceries very high here. We had plenty of towels. The pool was good size. It had a leak when we were there but the owner was having it fixed so should be good now. Best thing to learn is take any bus with number 10 going downtown by standing out front across the street. Cost is $1.25 to get downtown. Bus 10 brings you back and there are tons of #10 buses. Wish we had learned that earlier in the vacation as we would have saved a lot of money. Had a great time. Karen
