This place is SO dirty!! I didn’t even shower because I was so disgusted by the bathroom. Bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The kids pool was the grossest thing I have ever seen. I regret letting my child go in because it made her sick! Stay away!!!

Great food!
Rooms on fourth floor are being renovated, so lots of construction going on right now. Breakfast and dinner buffet were incredible, great selection of food. Staff spoke very little English, but we managed. Check in and check out were fast. The location is very close to the beach, but not very safe at night.

Good hotel near beach
The hotel was busy during my stay. The breakfast, which is included in the price, is very good but I did not find it particularly relaxing with all the people buzzing around looking for a free table. Apart from that this is a no-frills, very functional hotel which is generally clean and well maintained. It's main advantage is its proximity to the beach. All in all, I have no complaints and would stay here again.

This hotel needs maintenance. Things don't work. Some of the rooms smell of mildew. The breakfasts are good and most of the staff are fine. They only speak Portuguese, which can be problematic, but they try. Our biggest problem with the hotel is that they did not understand that we had paid for our stay using an internet booking agency and charged our credit cards for the rooms again. We thought we had explained be problem to them with the help of Google Translate and they said they would sort it out. They did nothing, however, and when we left they asked for more money because they said they hadn't charged us enough when we checked in. We explained it all over again to the same manager and he again said he would do something but there is no evidence that he is doing anything. Our stay therefore cost us over $700 more than we had expected. We have appealed to the internet booking agency (a well known agency) to try to get back at least some of this money.

weak wi fi, breakfast options minimal, no good place to work. Overall, this is a suitable hotel for the people taking a vacation on a budget and willing to pay no attention to details like the musky smell that is present all over the hotel. Air conditioning on the public areas is bad. Like I said, ok place to spend vacation on a tight budget, not a good place to go for business.

Bom custo benefício.
Foi muito bacana, adotamos o regime de pensão completa mas as refeições tinham limitação, se optarmos pelo almoço no check in não teríamos direito ao almoço de checkout, isso não fica claro no momento da reserva. Bom destacar que as refeições estão inclusas mas nem água é oferecido pelo hotel no restaurante.

Praiamar nos surpreendeu negativamente, procuramos um hotel com estrutura para crianças, já que viajamos com nossas duas filhas (7 e 2 anos) e encontramos um hotel que precisa de cuidados, muito cuidados. A estrutura tinha tudo para ser ótima, piscina para criança com toboágua, playground coberto, só que o hotel está precisando de muitos cuidados. Nosso primeiro quarto no primeiro andar cheirava muito a mofo, banheiro sem janela e com o exaustor quebrado, pedimos para trocar e a gerente conseguiu um outro quarto pra gente no quarto andar, que foi muito melhor, principalmente por nossa filha ser alérgica. O estado do quarto era melhor, mais arejado, mais novo, só que o ar condicionado central pingava água no nosso quarto. Pedimos mais piso de banheiro por isso e a resposta para tudo era que estavam lotados e não tinha. Não tinha mais coberta, mais toalha. E isso seria o mínimo para cada quarto. Em geral os funcionários fazem tudo o que podem e sempre com gentileza e atenciosos. A impressão que ficou foi que faltou mais recursos para o hotel funcionar melhor, poucas pessoas nos restaurantes, falta de cuidados básicos na estrutura do hotel, muita coisa mofada e quebrada. Uma pena, pois devido a estrutura que muitas famílias procuram para crianças deveria ser ótimo. Tem a estrutura, tem recreação, mas falta cuidado, manutenção e uma boa reforma em diversos quartos. Infelizmente não indico e nem voltaria a este hotel, tinha tudo para ser ótimo, mas a experiência foi ruim.
