"The setting was plan, mostly undeveloped. But I can’t think of a motel where every thing that’s so well cared for including its guests. I will not hesitate making a reservation if I need to stay in the area. "

"This spacious unit is well thought out and very well maintained. It's a little bit out of Marquette but just as advertised in a pretty area. Hosts are very nice and very responsive. Excellent WiFi. Kitchen is large and unusually well equipped (except no dishwasher). Nice place to relax and enjoy the Upper Peninsula. "

"We were there in August. The cabin was beautiful and well stocked. The farm was so pretty and peaceful. The host was wonderful. We loved hearing the history and his plans for the farm. We will definitely go back."

"Overall it was a great trip and had a great time. At first we got lost but I blame that on us not having service and lack or knowledge about the area so have an idea beforehand of whereabouts where the property is. When we arrived there was a surplus of flies in the house as well as little to no kitchen utensils. Other than that it was a cute cabin that was nice for the nature aspect. "

"We arrived late in the evening (shortly before midnight) and we encountered a problem with the rental. After messaging the hosts via VRBO and leaving a voice message we didn't expect to hear from them until morning, but they responded almost immediately and remedied the problem. We appreciated their responsiveness. With that aside, the property was perfect for an our weekend trip to visit our student at NMU. "Small, but big at the same time if that makes sense. Tall ceilings and big rooms, however, there is not many places to sit comfortably. It worked for us, we came with a dog and a 3yo, and we’re really only there to sleep between doing stuff out and about."

"Great house! Accommodates 6 people nicely! Kitchen was well stocked. Hosts were VERY accommodating with our last minute changes and could not have been nicer. I would definitely stay again."

"We enjoyed the house, property area. The photo shows a trampoline (which sadly isn’t there) but everything else was great. We had 4 kids upstairs and my wife and I stayed downstairs. This was a great spot to stay while visiting family and friends in Marquette."

"Adorable little house in a nice neighborhood. Close to downtown Negaunee with all of it's cute shops and restaurants. It is also close to the Iron Ore Heritage Trail which we spent our days riding bike on. We really appreciated that the property was dog friendly. Our hosts even had a basket of dog toys there for the pups entertainment!"

"My Son had a race this weekend! When we got to the house we were greeted by a box of fresh donuts and muffins! The house was very clean and very well appointed with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had a great selection of teas and everything for a great cup of coffee! The beds were very comfortable. The shower provided a nice Hot shower that was needed after a day in the cold. I would highly recommend staying here! Take advantage of the short walk to the lake! "

"This apartment is in an old house in a village near Marquette. I’m so glad we stayed there. The town is super cute and the “cowboy coffee shop” is great. The town is near Marquette so no problem getting there quickly. The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed and more. I stayed on the couch bed and Dad got the bedroom. Both beds were comfortable. It is an old house and apparently the heat is controlled by the apartment across the hall. The owner was quick...

"The place was wonderful and reasonably priced but my back hurt. Mattresses are a personal preference thing, so the review is intended to be amazing but if you don't prefer memory foam beds, you may wish to consider a different property. PS. My daughter liked the bed."
