Nice receptionists. The housekeeping collects all dirty dishes and glasses from the customers on a table in the corner near the elevator and they leave it there for days... we have never seen that especially not in (normally very clean) Van der Valk hotels...

Bathroom was flooded by an upstairs leak through the bathroom lights. Hotel was full they said so was unable to move to a different room. I would give this hotel a skip.

Almost 15 minutes wait for someone to appear at the reception was not acceptable for me, even if it was 23:15 at night. Check-in was also slow. Room at night: I had to use a torch to find the light activation. Had expected a different experience from a 4 star hotel.

Disappointing stay on a business trip!
Disappointing stay. Dinner was average. Most staff were friendly apart from one member of staff who said his name was Mathias but that was a manager who was not even working that day which was the first lie and procedded to give another name. When asked to spilt the bill, he refused and said one table one billl. It was a business dinner. I habe travelled a lot for business and never had an issue to split a bill. Other members of staff were equally confused as to why he insisted on this method. Needless to say we will not meet for business at this hotel again. Renovations ongoing so lots of disruption. The only positive aapect is it is a dog friendly hotel and so nice to see so many dogs.

Overall, the hotel is old and in desperate need of refurbishment. No ventilation in the room of any kind and no ability to open a window (we were on the ground floor and the only opening window was the patio door, which obviously had to be locked shut at night for security reasons) - it was like sleeping in sealed box, probably breaking health and safety regulations. The supplied fan was falling apart and very noisy. The corridor to the room smelled dirty, damp and unhygienic. Most staff were nice but one woman in the restaurant was agressive, barging guests out of her way to get to the food counters at breakfast. Limited vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. No non-dairy milk supplied at breakfast - I had to ask for it.

Da vi ankom sent torsdag aften fik vi anvist et værelse der allerde var optaget, vi fik dog ret hurtigt et nyt og så skulle man tro at alt var godt. Men da vi ville ind på vores værelse igen sent fredag aften efter en lang arbejdsdag, virkede vores nøgle kort ikke. Det viste sig så at vores værelse nu var udlejet til nogle andre og vores kufferter mm. var blevet samlet sammen i en bunke og nu stod i receptionen. Det lykkedes igen at få et nyt værelse, men det er på ingen måde tilfredsstillende og særdeles uprofessionelt at skulle så meget igennem for 2 overnatninger.

Aan de buitenkant is het hotel sleets. Het meisje achter de receptie was vriendelijk, de kamer was redelijk. Maar de inrichting van het restaurant is sterk verouderd en het personeel aldaar slordig. Prijs voor het eten is buitenproportioneel hoog. Zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Vreselijk gedateerd, vies hotel. Stinkt op de kamer en de matrassen zakken door. Lift en gang zien er aftands uit. Kamerprijs veel te hoog voor wat je uiteindelijk krijgt

Wir waren auf der Hunde Coiffeur Team Weltmeisterschaft und sind mit Hunden gereist. Das Hotel war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten, Kurzer unkomplizierter Weg vom Auto zum Zimmer, schöner Umschwung um mit den Hunden spazieren zu gehen. Obwohl das Hotel auf einer Autobahnraststätte ist, hörten wir praktisch keinen Lärm von der Autobahn. Sehr gerne immer wieder…

Voor de rest alles in orde
Vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam. In de slaapkamer zaten 16 muggen waarvan ik er voor het slapen gaan 14 van heb doodgemept. Gezien de dode muggen die al overal aan de muren en plafond hingen bij binnenkomst had degene voor mij ook al wat werk verricht. Misschien een goeie tip om hier iets aan te doen.
