I had prepaid 4 rooms, but only 3 were available. The personnel were about to send one of us to a different hotel, but we insisted to stay as one group. After 75 minutes, they "found" a fourth room that was dirty, full of mosquitos and the room lock did not work. No apologies or compensation. Otherwise, the hotel was ok, although food was pretty average.

I was greeted each morning with a spectacular sunrise from my window. The buffet breakfast was great. As a Brit living in the US, I miss proper bacon and decent tea. This hotel provided both. Basically, breakfast was everything you need to have a full English breakfast plus continental options including fruit and salad. Zambia is currently struggling with rolling blackouts (in excess of 18 hours a day) but the hotel has backup power and so power was always available. The wifi was generally good except during parts of the power outage periods. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner menu was good and affordable (about $15 to $20). At $71 per night including breakfast and wifi, there's nothing to complain about.

Good location easy access to places we need to visit, hotel is a bit out dated, floors need re-doing throughout the hotel, rooms need to be updated and deep cleaned, Bar closes at 10pm, breakfast is ok but very basic, staff are very friendly and helpful Hotel tried to charge us for the room on leaving even though its been booked and paid via Hotels.com very stressful time took about an hour to sort out

The music played in the night at the bar is bit too loud for the residents , if the hotel could build a sound proof bar and entertain their customers their wld go a long way not disturbing other residents who could be at the hotel for different reasons

This hotel is clean with very comfortable beds. Whilst staff are always pleasant they can cluster together and be very inattentive. getting a coffee takes ages and you have to seek out someone to take your eggs order. They worked better when the manger appeared. Butter in containers was off and some of the cooked breakfast items very cold.

The hotel states that it is only 8 minutes by car from the airport and that the airport transfer is included in the price. These were the reasons for me to book there. But this information is wrong!!! because it refers to the old airport. Now the travel time is about 35 minutes and they charge ZMK 500 for transfer. This should be changed immediately on your website.
