"Rooms were nicely furnished, good blackout curtains, relatively spacious, nice balcony. Excellent breakfast! 2 minute ride to Latchi Harbour and also close to the Aphrodite Baths. We had many problems with the WiFi, and it is really that none of the TVs were "smart" (you cannot watch Netflix etc.). Kitchen had a fridge, oven, stove and kitchenware, but no microwave oven or dishwasher, which is a pitty. The indoor "heated" pool was barely heated, and the hot tub was maintained and was always off....

"We stayed at Villa Xenios for a week in July and had a lovely time. The outside facilities are fantastic and the house very spacious. All in all we don't have much to fault but one big negative was that there were no basics provided, such as salt, olive oil, dishwashing soap, etc. We had to buy everything and it put us off from cooking there ourselves. The town of Argaka is very relaxed with a few nice restaurants in walking distance from the house. We would definitely visit again."

"We really enjoyed our girls trip to this villa. The location meant that we swam in the sea early every morning which was lovely. The pool is gorgeous. The owner was very pleasant and available when we needed him. A Very well equipped Villa the only negative was the bath towels which were extremely scratchy and dry but very good for exfoliation. If you like a soft absorbent towel bring your own. We bought beach towels from the supermarket which was a help. Would definitely recommend this Villa"

Beautiful Villa

"Had a very relaxing holiday in this fabulous villa - loved the pool and the amazing views over the sea. The villa has everything you need and a very generous welcome pack was much appreciated. Comfortable bed and quality bed linens and towels. Villa is in a quiet location and has privacy which made our holiday the restful time we needed. Pool area has very comfortable sun loungers and towels to fit! Loved having breakfast on the terrace by the pool listening to the sound of the sea. Great to sit here to watch the most amazing sunsets every evening. Great communication from the owner - always quick to respond and really appreciated a late check out as no guests were due to arrive until the next day. Thank you so much - we will return!!"
