"Es war sehr schön dort. Leider ist die Umgebung für Kinder eher ungeeignet. Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Häuschen ist sehr schick und modern eingerichtet. "

"Die Unterkunft hat für uns sehr gut gepasst, wir waren mit Hund in einem Appartment. Es liegt zentral, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Kolonaden. Das Treppenhaus wirkt zunächst bescheiden, das Appartment ist neu renoviert, großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war während der Woche ok, zum Wochenende hin gab es leckere Sachen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief etwas problematisch, Hotels com hat geholfen, danke. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"We really enjoyed our week at this home, it was perfect for our family of 8. And the hosts really have gone to great lengths to ensure that everything a family, especially with very young children, is a part of the home. We loved the hiking in the immediate area, visiting Bayreuth, and hiking around the Waldnaabtal area. Our children loved playing in the garden, and picking fruit from the apple trees. It was a perfect week for us!"

"We chose this place because of the location. Our granddaughter and her hockey team were at the hotel across the street. There were a few things that didn’t work for us - no plug in for the second bathroom and no mirror for example but over all the stay was great. There was laundry service in the reception area. It is a pay for use and was fairly expensive but so convenient. There is no on site restaurant but there are several with in walking distance "

"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. "We spent one night at the hotel while traveling to attend the concert celebrating Smetana's 200th birthday, which was organized by the hotel. The event was well-prepared and held to a high standard. We enjoyed coffee at Pupp and dined at the restaurant Nova Dvorana. Unfortunately, we could not try the Grand Restaurant as it was fully booked, so I recommend making a reservation in advance. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. We stayed in an "old-style" room, which is in need of some refurbishment. For example, the room lacked a USB connection for charging devices, and the bathroom had a somewhat outdated design. However, everything was clean and well-maintained."

"The room was super spacious..the pillows were huge for hugging!! Except for thd sysined carpet , it was fabulous...the location ideal, right in the middle of the pedestrian street Walk to mny restaurants along the canal.like..to the Thermal spa Maria at reception was very hospital & helpful! Got bottle of free wine!"
