"This hotel is a great central location for visiting Stuttgart. The rooms are a good size, comfortable beds. The rooms are very modern. I was really looking forward to using the sauna though, and the hours were very limited, especially if you were busy sightseeing during your stay. I didn’t get to utilize it as much as I was hoping. Fitness room is great. Wish the rooftop bar wasn’t closed for half our stay. We would’ve like to enjoy that more than once as well. "

"A good hotel with a nice bar and decent restaurant on site. Expensive food and drinks, but expected. The train station is right out of the front door, which is convenient. There are plenty of dining options in the area within walking distance of you want to sample locally. The hot water went out on my last morning and wasn’t restored by the time I checked out. "

"We booked two connecting rooms at this hotel for five nights, and would definitely stay here again if we return. The rooms were spacious, the kitchens were small but nice for simple breakfasts or dinners, the washer/dryer was perfect for being able to pack lighter as this was part of an 18 day trip. There is shopping (to include two grocery stores) and dining within a five minute walk. The staff was also very friendly. "

"We had an great time at the Spahr Hotel. The service was excellent and Paul was great on the bar at night. The hotel transport links were excellent with a tram station outside the hotel and a train station only 10 minutes walk. The hotel might look a little dated but we liked the style as it was a bit different to your usual generic hotel.The bathroom was modern. The room was very clean. The room was large & had a balcony.
