"My partner and myself stayed here for 2 nights. The pod it's self is tidy, clean, small kitchenette with microwave and toaster, also there is a breakfast hamper, the fridge is stocked with the basics. The pod opens out onto a beautifully kept Japanese garden with Koi pond. Ian and Caz are great hosts and are at the end of a text or call if there are any problems. There is also a hot tub available which just topped off this amazing little retreat. Myself and Darren will definately be coming back....

"3 families (6 adults and rest teenagers / kids) get together for 4 nights Had supermarket deliver for first night and spent the rest of the week enjoying each others company ! The kids loved the games room, swimming pool , we set up badminton and was other garden games too - we spent evenings playing bored games, so much quality time and phones / tablets hardly touched !! "The holiday break was perfect for us as we were three separate households but one family. Luckily the weather was very good enabling walks from the accommodation and outside play on the lawn area. We made full use of the excellent on site farm shop and the swimming pool which was near by. Norwich is a very nice city to visit, and my wife and I called at Diss on our journey to the farm, again well worth a visit. This was a happy family time to celebrate our 50th wedding aniversary"

"A short stay to explore the Norfolk coast. I loved the attention to detail and decor of the cottage. If you like historic buildings then this place is for you! The top floor room has an old beam across it and is a struggle to get into but the kids liked it so that was a win. The cottage is quite dark inside and just enough social space for two adults and two kids. The courtyard garden is lovely and a great sun trap. Thanks for having us. "

"Super clean, spacious, lovely private garden with badminton rackets and football. Well stocked with tea, coffee, toilet paper, salt & pepper etc etc. 3 generations stayed a week and we loved it. Simple to find. Plenty of room. We didn't find the road a problem with noise at all. Easy walk into town and to the swimming pool. We had a smashing time. Would highly recommend!"

"We spent a wonderful few days in Cherry Tree Cottage. The cottages have been beautifully renovated and well equipped and we were lucky enough to christen the amazing bbq grill and hut. The cottage is very dog friendly with enclosed garden. A great base to explore the North Norfolk towns and beaches with some great recommendations from Andy and Karen."

"Lovely place. Alistair greeted us when we got there, there was fresh milk, wine, and basic pantry things for our use. He was also available if we had any issues which we did not everything was wonderful. Was visiting family in the area and would definitely stay again on future trips!"
