"Amazing hotel for families.The family suite really spacious and clean.Kids room with bunker beds, kids book and teddy bear. Very friendly staff, welcome drink champagne and small plush toys for the kids. Room with a nice view and very comfortable bed. Wood room card, no plastic. "The room was comfortable, yet the first night we had no air conditioning and it was very warm. They fixed it the second day. The hanging lamp had a lot chunks of dust on it. That was the only thing not cleaned. The area is next to a train station and was as expected if you ever stayed next to one before. It is in the train station for the Eurostar, so it is convenient. "
