I liked the friendliness of the host: the location (opposite south pier) & the room(sea view). The hotelier was very kind & on seeing how lame I am, gave ma a room on a lower floor. I would happily stay there again. There was confusion reaching the hotel because a rival, calling itself the Sands Venue, is under construction & the name is so close to the Sands that I can imagine other future guests getting confused. The upstart venue should be made to change its name

Fantastic B&B with the best hosts who made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped through the door. Immaculately clean. We had the BB set nights sleep in the most comfiest bed. The breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day. It's set in a great location quite central to everything about 10 mins walk to pleasure beach and roughly 15mins to the tower. What a great place the cozy nook is we highly recommend it and will definitely return. Thankyou for a great stay.

"I decided to bring my partner here for our first anniversary and the hotel just went above and beyond! Throughout the booking they kept in contact with me to ensure we all knew exactly what was happening, as I asked them to do the room up for us and add some prosecco! We had a 2 and a half hour drive ..."
