"It is a great experience. We ENJOYed ourselves as much as any other hotel at the Dead Sea, including the more expensive ones. We particularly liked the spa's salt water pool that is both inside and outside. The food is excellent and has good quality. We loved the automatic towel machines. The downsides were mostly minor. After hours of requesting a replacement for the sunken mattress, it was swapped for one that was hard and broken. "The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice but needs some repairs in public areas. There was a restroom by the main desk which had a broken faucet. They also need to provide more public restrooms for guests because there were none by the pool and only the one by the main desk. It’s not reasonable to think everyone should walk back to their room to use the bathroom if they are relaxing in the main area. "

"Loved being on the Dead sea beach. Separate woman/men hours for spa pools were an asset.Loved the All inclusive meals and drinks. Fluffy white towels and bathrobes were provided.
