Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
My check in was terrible… the woman tried to bill me when i had already paid. Then she tried to put me in a downstairs room with no view (i paid for ocean view).. she needs to be trained on how to accept hotels bookings!! The room was surface clean but there was terrible dark stains on toilet and the the light switches were very grubby. Wifi was off the first night.. it came back the following day, but did not reach my room
