Property is dated but theyre working on it. Rooms are clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Pool is clean. I loved the resident dogs. Got a great deal on the rooms. Theres a nice bar across the street called Raw Dawg.

Once again, my stay at Kaisers Sunset hotel was wonderful! I stayed in an ocean view room which overlooked a beautiful sunset. I wish I could share my pictures.My room was clean and cool. The water was hot throughout the day and evening, and the hosts were welcoming and friendly. There are restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance this hotel if you need anything.This is my second time staying there and I will gladly come back again.

Although this property is under renovation, my stay at Kaisers Sunset Hotel was a wonderful experience. As soon as I got there, they greeted me with a specialty drink while I waited for my room. My room was immaculate! The view from my room was perfect. The staff was very friendly and they communicated everything very well with me, I will definitely stay here again. I can’t wait to see the new renovations!

Tranquil relaxing stay

Check in was fast and easy with a complimentary rum punch. The room was spotless, internet was super fast and the sunset and sunrise were marvelous! The sound of the ocean made for a super relaxing sleep, will definitely visit again!

Got there after midnight, and my room was not ready. Had to be cleaned. Check-in was at 4pm. Solely bought the room because breakfast came with it as per the Expedia website. The man at the front desk said breakfast is an extra cost. Tired and sleepy, I had to wait until the room was ready. Then the TV didn't work in the morning. Just a horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN!

It’s funny how Expedia doesn’t take care or know that Kaisers didn’t even take me in. That’s why I’m not impressed with Expedia services right now. Kaisers was let to believe that I was staying there when they send me to a lesser sister hotel they called it. (The Barrys Rooms Hotel) it was a dump, no internet in the rooms, no pools, no secure parking, broken windows in the bathroom, no restaurant…
